Curriculum

Infant class: 1year

Programs: 3days, 4days, 5days/Morning: 9am.-11:30am. Day 9am.-3pm. Full-9am.-6pm.(Drop off start 8am.)

Our Infant Daily program is structured but also carefully tailored to meet the individual needs of the infants in our care. The 1 year to 2 years old age range is considered a very special time in child development. Studies in Europe and elsewhere have shown that eighteen months old infants are able to recognize three different languages. The multilingual environment at Education Link Preschools benefits the children at this early age.

Infants learn mostly though daily life so our infant program allows carefully supervised interactions between infants when they are ready and children in our 2years old program. This promotes their language and social skill development through interactions with the older children.

Pre School class : 2 years

Programs: 4days, 5days/Morning: 9am.-11:30am. Day 9am.-3pm. Full-9am.-6pm.(Drop off start 8am.)

Our 2years old program includes unique activities which emphasize language development and social skills.

Pre-kindergarten (PK) class : 3 years

The 3years old program focuses on the important areas of friendships, problem solving and conflict resolution. Through play, the students develop socialization skills by interacting with their classmates while learning peaceful methods of conflict resolution through communication.

Development Kindergarten (DK) / Kindergarten class

Programs: 5days/Day 9am.-3pm. Full-9am.-6pm. (Drop off start 8am.)

Children learn how to be a friend, to express empathy and compassion and to interact comfortably with people different from themselves. Self-directed play and exploration of materials is a valued component of the program, allowing for cooperative social interaction and supporting children’s construction of knowledge about the world.
