<美貴枝先生　Ms. Stapleton Mikie>
ハンドルネーム「たろうかじゃ」、正真正銘の園長先生！日本で様々な種類の保育や幼児教室を経験し、次時代の子どもたちを育てるに「世界視野を広げる保育」が不可欠ではと感じた。おてんば「たろうかじゃ」の名のとおり、 海外に飛び出し、アメリカの保育免許も取得し、ヨーロッパの保育や多言語教育にも見識を広めて行く。いつも新しいことを考え、たくらんでいる。 ついに、2009年、ロサンゼルスにオリジナルデザインの園舎を完成させている。たろうかじゃ園長、世界の視野を広げる保育は、終わりのない旅だと本人、今も新しいたくらみで毎日目がキラキラ。
★いたずら盛りの息子ふたりとイギリス人の大きな息子ひとりのお母さんである（＾＾）

A sincere director with the tomboy nickname of ‘Taroukaja’, she is the mother of two cheeky but wonderful boys and an English husband. She is experienced in various pre-schools and other education related fields. She has traveled overseas receiving a pre-school license in the US and Japan, learning from European daycare systems and multilingual education. She is always planning and looking for something new to implement in the future for children. In 2009, she completed an originally designed pre-school in Los Angeles. Director Taraoukaja is a global thinker and is currently planning her next move.

＜育美先生　Ms.Ikumi Ahiko＞
いつも元気いっぱい、前に後ろに子どもたちを抱えて駆け回るパワフルなルーキー。祖父母と一緒の大家族に育ち、田植えや家庭栽培をした幼少時代を大切している先生。日本のお母様も保育園の先生として長く働いていて、自身はアイダホ大学にてChild Development & Family Relations 学科を卒業、バイリンガルの保育士を目指す。映画鑑賞、スポーツが大好きでハープを弾く。

An energetic and strong rookie, always running around carrying children on her back and arms. She grew up in a big family including her grandparents. She cherishes her childhood memories of helping out on her family owned farm. Her specialty is grabbing the children’s attention by playing the harp. An Idaho University graduate majoring in child development and family relations. She loves sports and watching movies.

＜グローリア先生　Ms.Gloria Arita＞

１児の母。フィリピン出身、夫は日本人なので日本通。母国で小学校の先生をしていた。多数のアメリカの幼稚園で「自立心を養うため抱っこをしないで」と言われて涙した。Edlinkでは、愛情を十分表現し、国を超えて保育感で一致できたことを大変うれしく感じている。料理と掃除が大好き。ギターが得意で１８番はカーペンターズ！愛情たっぷりのパワフル先生！

A mother of a beautiful daughter and a Japanese husband. Born and raised in the Philippines where she has experience as an elementary school teacher. She is overjoyed that she is able to carry and hold the children at our school, unlike many of the American pre-schools that she has worked for who discourage carrying children. She loves to cook and clean. A talented guitarist, her best songs are from the Carpenters. She is a teacher full of love and an open heart.

<マリア先生 Ms.Maria DeLuca >

マリア先生はニューヨーク出身の音楽が大好きな先生です。2歳の時からスズキ方式で学び、バイオリン、ビオラ、トランペット奏者としてニューヨークのカーネギーホールを始めとし、リンカーンセンターでの講演してきました、9歳の時にはバチカン大国を訪れローマ法王の前でも演奏するなどユニークな経験の持ち主です。1998年にUSCに入学、演劇を通して自作のミュージカルを製作、公演に持ち込み2002年にはロサンジェルスウィークのベストミュージカルに選ばれるなど多方面での才能に恵まれた方です。教育者を父母に持ち、過去6年間、小学校、幼稚園で子どもたちの教育に携わり、生きがいを感じ現在は幼児教育の博士号取得のため、勉強を続けています。廃材と自然を生かしたクラフトで、子どもたちと楽しんでいます。私生活では彼女のバンド、Damselles & The TC4のシンガーとして頑張っています。

Maria DeLuca was born and raised in New York City. She has been playing music and studying the Suzuki method since the age of two. She has performed with various orchestras playing violin, viola, and trumpet at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and at the Vatican for Pope John Paul II. A graduate and Los Angeles dweller since 1998, she has written, directed, and produced award-winning theatrical musicals and plays, including the 2002 LA Weekly’s Best Theatrical Production of the Year. Maria comes from a large family of educators, and has been teaching music, art, and theater in elementary schools and pre-schools in Los Angeles for the past six years. She particularly loves incorporating recycled and natural materials into her art projects. She also currently sings with her band, The Damselles & The TC4.

<明子先生 Ms. Akiko Onouye>

アメリカ在住24年、3児のホームスクールマザーとして子育て教育に専念しながら、音楽家としてのキャリアを積むエネルギッシュなアキ先生。先生は1７年間、音楽の先生としてアメリカの幼稚園で活躍してきました。ご自身の子育てが一段落した現在、音楽教師としてだけでなく、保育の先生としてもその経験と知識を広げてゆきたく、当園に来られました。歌が大好きで一日中アキ先生と子どもたちには音楽が尽きることがありません。ローカルのシアターグループのミュージカルディレクターとしてミュージカル講演を年間4〜5回教え、子たちのリサイタルを年2回、また、ミュージックセラピストとして障害をもつ子どもたちの教育にも携わっています。

Ms. Aki has been in the early childhood education field for 17 years. She also homeschooled her three children through high school. Her life is filled with music and children all the time. As a musical director for local theater group, she has 4 to 5 shows in a year. She loves to work with children including special needs as a music therapist.

<ステファニー先生　Ms. Stephanie Powell>

ステファニー先生は、７人の兄弟で育ち、妹や弟の面倒をみて育ちました。また、障害をもつ妹の世話を通じて様々なことを学びまた、教育を志すきっかけとなり、障害児教育のボランティアを続けてきました。将来は教師になって様々な国を旅し、人々に触れてゆきたいと考えています。ひらがなを読むことができる大変な努力家です、読めるけれど、意味がわからないことも多いと本人ははにかんでいますが。

Hi! I am Ms. Stephanie Powell, I grew up with a big family with a total of 7 siblings. I was always helping and taking care of my siblings and I loved doing it. I have an autistic sister whom I learned how to deal with patience and how to care for others. For a few years I would volunteer at special needs schools and help the development of children and teenagers. Ever since I was little my dream was to become a teacher and change the lives of children. I want to help them academically as well as emotionally and any struggles students may be going through. I am currently pursuing my education in English to become an English teacher. My future goals are traveling across the countries and teaching students in poor countries who can’t afford an education. Overall, I love education and working with children.
